The need for it:
Group leaders and assistant managers are an important unit in an organization. They form a link between the upper management and their subordinates. A group leader and assistant manager has to be a friend, coach, mentor, mediator and motivator. Thus it is an important aspect for each group leaders and assistant managers to master their respective fields.
