ANZ Royal is now seeking customer-oriented and motivated individuals, who would like to work at ANZ Royal Bank for the position below.
Manager Trade & Supply Chain (1 position based in Phnom Penh)
This role is responsible for acquiring new trade clients and for managing existing trade portfolio to increase ANZ Royal's wallet share. The role also aims to ensure ANZ Royal’s trade solutions are structured in a manner to meet ANZ Royal’s product standards and compliance.
Main Duties
• Achieve quality growth in revenue and profitability for Trade and Supply Chain (TSC) business
• Aggressively acquire new clients
• Retain clients and improve return and utilization
• Active management of sales pipelines
• Proactively engage with other TSC offices globally to promote network business
• Provide superior client services through professionalism and offering tailor-made trade solution
• Be fully conversant and compliant with all obligations in relations to Compliance obligations, notably AML and CTF
• Comply with TSC policy and ensure to run a sustainable TSC business
Skills/Experiences
• Qualification in business, finance, banking or marketing field is preferred
• Strong track record in growth sales environment
• Comprehensive understanding of regulations with regards to TSC (e.g. UCP600, URDG758, etc) and of products and structure used by TSC (e.g. Letters of Credit, Trade Finance Loan, Bank Guarantees, etc)
• Proven ability to motivate a high customer service oriented culture
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills in English & Khmer (written and verbal). Chinese/ Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong willingness to work as a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
