Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a Fully Qualified Cambodian National for a vacant position of Manager of Mental Health Section, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate and execute the whole project of mental health section
- Plan, manage and supervise all staff by designing a precise job description and objective with a key performance indicator
- Build a good rapport with all stakeholders to assist and sustain the project
- Prepare, forecast, utilize and control the annual budget plan for the project
- Lead the team to develop and initiate various healing activities, healing games, psychology trainings and others alike
- Plan and facilitate the counseling, and individual or group therapy activities
- Initiate and develop other various activities to strengthen the project of mental health section
- Write a report for the director
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Sociology or other related fields
- Minimum two-year- related experiences
- Demonstrate the experience of primary mental health care
- Good command of English and French
- Good at Microsoft Office ( Word & Excel, PowerPoint …etc.,)
- Excellent at counseling, listening, and recording skills
- Good at confidential keeping, autonomous, team building, creative and self-motivated
- Strong willingness to work with vulnerable and underprivileged children
