Key Responsibilities:
• Roster/shift planning
• Staff performance monitoring
• Providing immediate support for subordinates in customer handling
• Overseeing the centre operations
• Receiving and qualifying customer applications
• Subscriber activations and disconnections
• Service modifications
• Complaint and query handling
Job Requirement:
• Have obtained a university degree in Management, Business Administration or related field
• Have at a minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory position in Customer Service or Sales, preferable with a multi-national establishment
• Have very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be multilingual, Customer oriented,
• Be computer literate
• Be a team player
