PSE is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. 1. Company Knowledge Instructor, based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Conduct the courses related to Company Knowledge, Micro-Economics, and other acquainted subjects;
- Initiate, plan, organize and lead original exercises, study projects, company visits, and other activities for students to get real practice and experience in the subject;
- Assess and analyze the students’ performance to identify strengths and weaknesses to develop and change them accordingly;
- Develop a progress report for the manager with a clear recommendation for the continuous improvement of the training programs
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail…etc.,)
- Good command of English, French is a plus
- Demonstrate the ability to work in team and love teaching career
- Creative, patient and flexible
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills
2. Office Administration Instructor (04 Posts), based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Conduct the courses related to office administration, office administration tools and functions, filling systems, secretary and other acquainted subjects;
- Initiate, plan, organize and lead original exercises, study projects, company visits, and other activities for students to get real practice and experience in the subject
- Assess and analyze the students’ performance to identify strengths and weaknesses to develop and change them accordingly;
- Develop a progress report for the manager with a clear recommendation for the continuous improvement of the training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or any other related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail…etc.,)
- Good command of English, French is a plus
