Key Responsibilities:
• To provide good service to all customers (be customer friendly, helpful, prompt response with accurate information)
• To maintain more than 88 per cent of Customers Satisfaction Rate
• To handle customers’ complaints and enquires (inbound and outbound)
Job Requirements:
• University students or Fresh graduate students are encouraged
• Be dynamic with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess basic computer skills (MS. Window and MS. Office)
