Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Assistant F & B Service Instructor, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
- Coach and advise students in Food and Beverage Service
- Direct and monitor students’ work during practice sessions and catering
- Develop and implement schedule for F & B students to practice
- Control and maintain all F & B equipments
- Check and manage the inventory of F & B
- Handle all student problems and misconduct
- Assist all administration tasks to F & B Service Instructor
- Write a monthly report for the manager
Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate with grade 12 degree
- Minimum Two Year Experiences in F and B is a must
- Demonstrate a professional grooming and behavior
- Good command of English or French
- Computer literacy ( Ms. Word and Excel, Internet and E-mail…etc.,)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under flextime
