Chetthor is the non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization working for the interest and benefits of the poor in Cambodia to improve their livelihood through project of diversity development. Chetthor was established in 1997, and registered with the ministry of the interior on 18th August, 1997. Chetthor is seeking for 10 staffs to implement the projects in the target areas ( Peam Ro, Peam Chor and Ba Phnom districts).
These positions are in the following:
1. Administration Officer: 01 Position
2. Program Coordinator : 03 Positions
3. Programme Staff : 06 Positions
I. Qualifications:
• Both of male and female candidates must have Cambodian nationality and be over 18 years old.
• Holding bachelor degree at least (Management, Economic, Environment, Agriculture or Rural Development) or equivalent degree.
• Having working experience at least 2 years on administrative affair, management, environment and agriculture or community development.
• Being accustomed to work with government, local and international organizations at least 2 years.
• Having good knowledge of speaking and writing in English and computer skills of Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Being in facilitating and community developing such as plans making, performing of farmer groups and trainings.
• Having knowledge in management and communication with relevant institution and team working or independent working.
II. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Having knowledge in preparing of document and letter for organization and donors.
• To perform and make plan, monthly report, quarterly report, six months report, and annual report for organization and donors.
• To manage and lead to facilitate the community development such as managing the work for staffs, collecting of farmer groups, meetings, and trainings.
• To facilitate the work plan of groups, group vision, group principles, bookkeeping and group support.
• To follow up, monitor, evaluate, collect data and provide the technical services to target groups.
• To write the proposals, participate the meetings and seminars, and write the reports.
• To communicate with relevant institution, other organizations, provincial networks, local networks and national ones.
• To translate relevant documents from English to Khmer and Khmer to English.
