Import and Export Officer (1Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange import and export functions
• Manage deliveries function to support the operation i.e. delivery to warehouse, to cell site
• Coordinate with external company, customs and other relevance party to clear the consignment.
• Arrange shipping document for customs clearance
• Maintain delivery status
• Arrange (RMA) for repair goods
• Ensure all goods are received in an orderly, timely manner within budget to meet production requirements
• Provide the full support to ensure customs clearance process goes smoothly
• Give full support to admin and logistics team
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business or related fields
• At least 2 years experiences in shipping or related fields
• Knowledge of packaging, import/export, transportation and customs procedure
• Holding a valid driver license
• Flexible and can work independently under time pressure.
• Be able traveling to provinces
• Good command of English and Computer Skills( Word, Excel, Photoshop)
