Key Purpose: the role is mainly responsible for:
- Providing related tactical and strategic consultation and guidance to the management team to ensure that there is an appropriate balance of control and risk throughout the organization
- Promoting the functioning of risk, treasury and tax in a pro-active manner.
- To make supply and production planning and coordinate relevant activities to support Manufacturing Department and Operations Function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that appropriate Business Risk Register and Business Continuity Plan are adequately maintained and reviewed regularly.
- Manage day-to-day activitiesy in treasury area to ensure the company policy compliance with company policies.
- Assist the Finance Director in reviewing and givingproviding feedback on the internal and external auditors’external auditors’ findings.
- Provide assistance and relevant information for the regional audit.ors
- Encompass the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the organisation’sorganization’s system of internal control and the quality of performance.
- Ensure the company is compliance with the Group Policies.
- Ensure compliance with tax and local regulation.
- Execute and monitor Finished Goods and Wrapping materials Gs and WMs planning for both imported & locally-manufactured products
- Make daily production scheduling on daily basis and reports on weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor and update production planning on a regular basis to ensure that everything is executed effectively as per plan
- Ensure on time orders and supply of Make materials to orders and supply to Manufacturing Department on time
- Closely coordinate with Warehouse teamSupervisors to ensure effective inventory data and record management
- Support Manufacturing Department to meet all requirements as per planUpdate data in system on a regular basis
- Work closely with Asia Pacific Regional Team to ensure that all processes are appropriately and timely managed and control.
Requirements:
- Minimum three-year working experience, preferably but not necessarily, with an international accounting firm in auditing/tax
- Business related degree preferably in Accounting or is pursuing a professional course in ACCA
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills both Khmer and English
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Relevant University Degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration
- At least two-year working experience in this field
- Good knowledge of planning and controlling process
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
- Good computer knowledge, knowledge on SAP is preferred skills (potential for SAP understanding)
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good problem solving and decision making
- Strong desire to learn and change self in a large, multinational business environment.
