The Reproductive and Child Health Alliance, RACHA, a local Cambodian health NGO primarily financed by USAID, works in collaborate with the Ministry of Health, MoH, to improve reproductive and child health and reduction in the prevalence of HIV and infectious diseases.
RACHA is now seeking for the System Admin Coordinator with proven professional experience in field of Drugs Management Policy, General Management and coordination between IT and Logistics Management Information System, LMIS Unit. The position is based in Phnom Penh with sometimes travelling to the field. A gross salary for this position is $400 plus RACHA’s fringe benefits.

NEED:
- A university degree in field of management and/or computer sciences or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in management or system analysis.
- Experience in the development of work plan and budgeting.
- Capability in coordination with relevant departments of MoH.
- Familiar with field visit at the different levels of health facilities.
- Fully conversant with the current status of health system.
- Willing to work hard and committed to meet the set deadline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
JD:
- Assist the LMIS Team Leader on administration and financial management, training and/or workshop coordination, collect data and develop report.
- Collect policy changed of drugs management to update into software functionality to ensure that it function properly.
- Follow up system analyst and system development to transfer to the system development team.
- Develop user guide and test system for debugging.
- Take an active role in follow up of the progress of software development
- Develop LMIS work plan, budget and follow up the performance.
- Organize meeting with partners to ensure that drugs management policy as well as developed system is applied for the drug management at all levels.
- Take an active participatory role in training curriculum preparation.
