RACHA is now seeking a Cambodian Medical Doctor or Medical Assistant to fill the position of the Rational Drug Use Coordinator with proven professional experience in Rational Drug Use supervision and on-the-job training provision. The position is based in Phnom Penh with sometimes travelling to the field. A gross salary for this position is between $400 to $450 plus RACHA’s fringe benefits.

NEED:

• Be a medical doctor or medical assistant.
• At least 3 years experience in Drug Use supervision or involve in treatment guideline development.
• Experience in budgeting, monitoring and supervision.
• Capable in coordination with relevant departments of MoH.
• Familiar with field visit at the different levels of health facilities.
• Fully conversant with the current status of health system.
• Willing to work hard and committed to meet the set deadline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.

JD:

• Develop work plan in collaboration with panthers for implementation of Rational
• Drug Use at Health Center and Referral Hospitals.
• Develop the implementation plan for Rational Drugs Use awareness at community levels
• Perform Rational Drugs Use supervision and ensure that field activities are implemented following the work plan and in concurrence with budget estimates.
• Adapt MoH strategy on Rational Drug Use.
• Provide on the job training to MoH partners at health facilities to improve the drug prescriptions following the MoH Treatment Guideline
