International Relief and Development (IRD) is an international NGO dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable groups around the world. IRD is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for multi-year programs in Cambodia implementing health, nutrition, food security, education and water and sanitation interventions. The Office Manger will work closely with and report to the Finance & Administration Manger in Phnom Penh.
NEED:
- Cambodian national, preferably with a minimum 5 years experience in an equivalent position.
- University or equivalent degree in administration, finance or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literate with competence in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Experience working in a similar position in an NGO or an international organization is desirable.
- Experience with human resources management and staff supervision.
- Experience with basic financial procedures and office administration.
- Skilled communicator, both written and oral.
- Completely honest, mature and reliable.
- Willing to work long hours and weekends as required.
- Courteous and polite to others at all times.
