Great Opportunity for Freshly Graduated Students to Learn and Earn Experience in Working with Health NGOs

The interns will be working with the MEDiNEWS team to assist and learn in the following areas:
- Network communication
- Organizing MEDiCAM Membership Monthly Meeting
- Producing monthly health bulletin (MEDiNEWS)
- Translating articles into Khmer version and vice versa
- Participating in health related meetings as an observer
2 Positions for Provincial Network Capacity Building (PNCB)
The interns will be working with the PNCB team to assist and learn in the following areas:
- Training health NGOs
- Organizing Annual Sharing Events or NGO-Planning Forums
- Expanding MEDiCAM services to the region
- Assist the regional office in its work to strengthen the coordination and cooperation between NGOs in provinces and Provincial Health Departments.
1 Position for Advocacy
The intern will work with the advocacy coordinator and advisor to assist and learn in the following areas:
- Coordinate NGO-Working Groups on Child Health, Reproductive Health, and HIV/AIDS.
- Attend different advocacy forums with stakeholders or policy makers.
The above five positions’ requirements:
- Excellent English: speaking and writing
- Computer literacy
- Freshly graduated students from the University of Health Science or relevant disciplines.
- Available to work at least for three months.
1 Position for reception
The intern will work in admin and financial unit. His/her knowledge and experience in administrative work. Friendly behavior, and good communication in both English writing and speaking.
1 Position for IT unit
An individual is in charge of assisting the IT Officer on Database. Qualification profile: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related field. Knowledge of Web Programming + Database. Minimum of 1 years experience developing software applications in VB 6.0 or VB.NET, C# and ASP.NET. Experience in Object Oriented Programming. Experience in Crystal Reports design and programming. Experience in web application server administration (IIS). Knowledge of GIS desirable. Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
