The Reproductive and Child Health Alliance (RACHA), a USAID-funded health project works with the Ministry of Health to strengthen the national drug supply system and other capacity building activities with the MoH. RACHA is now seeking a local Cambodian with proven experience in Logistics Drug Management Facilitative Supervision to work with RACHA in assigned province. A gross salary for this position is between $430 and no RACHA’s fringe benefits.

NEED:

• Pharmacist preferred


• At least 2 years experience in supervision on Drugs Management at OD or Provincial level


• Fully conversant with satisfactory stock by transferring stock from health facilities to others


• Play role as a liaison person between Provincial Health Department and RACHA provincial coordinator


• Skilful in problems finding and solving


• Excellent in facilitative and communication skills in English and Khmer


• Willing to work hard and committed to meet set deadline.

JD:

• Develop work plan in collaboration of partners to perform Logistics Drug


• Management Facilitative supervision activities at health centres and referral hospitals in RACHA focus areas.


• Perform tasks of facilitative supervision to ensure that health facilities in the catchments areas meet target set by RACHA.


• Provide on-job training to MoH partners at health facilities to fulfil their job responsibilities
