The Cambodia Community Finance Network (CCFiN) is group of Non-Government Organization (NGOs) and practitioners join together working and dealing with the issue of the Community Finance and saving scheme. CCFiN is owned/ controlled by member, is financial co-operative network and trade association for Cambodia’s rural Community Finance movement, and is seeing person who has experience is highly motivate staff to fill the position: Community Finance Trainer.
NEED:
- At lease bachelor of accounting, finance or related field
- Experience working with community finance - Experience in training of trainer (TOT)
- Desire to be a servant and a helpful advisor to poor people
- Willingness to learn- Proficiency computer skill
- Willingness to accept a salary poor people can afford to pay
- Willingness to work under pressured
JD:
- Field audit, including verification of data, analysis of control systems and advisor report on community finance organization
- Collecting and analyzing the training needs of CCFiN members
- Establishing manual of training for CCFiN members
- Follow up the training after providing - Coordinating training between CCFiN program and NGOs partners
- Making the plan of training monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Field analysis of the quarterly of data of data of community finance like Village bank, Self-Help Group Saving and Credit Association, and Credit Union or Federation
- Negotiation and preparation of a field training manual in collaboration with other staff and CCFiN members- Providing technical assistance to community finance organization to help them improve the quality of their data
