Public Financial Management (PFM) reform has become a central issue of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s (RGC) reform agenda. The ministry of Economic and Finance (MEF) has established a Reform Committee (RC) to oversee overall formulation and implementation of the reform program. The CR has established its Reform Committee Secretariat (RCS) with responsible for day to day coordination and implementation of the project.
NEED:
  • Bachelor degree in management / administration or equivalent
  • At least three years experience in administration
  • Good computer skills MS Excel Word MS PowerPoint and knowledge of internet website and designing are preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Khmer and Knowledge of public sector especially like reform program and willing to take challenge would be an asset

JD:

  • Responsible for the effective & efficient management of the administration works
  • Responsible for maintain and update RSC website, prepare newsletter and other publications
  • Responsible for smooth arrangement for meeting and workshop/seminar
  • Responsible for translation / interpretation of document meeting seminar
  • Responsible for smooth arrangement for translation of document meeting seminar workshop if necessary
  • Responsible for smooth communication/ correspondence of the Secretariat with internal and external including preparing technical letters/papers document etc
  • Assist program coordinator in preparation monthly quarterly / yearly report
  • Assist procurement Officer for project fixed assets management, Coordinate with MEF departments in order to produce quarterly report on the status of assets delivered
  • Assist procurement Officer in coordination with suppliers and MEF departments to make sure the effective and efficient support and maintenance of the office equipments delivered
  • Any other duties may assigned by Head of Reform Committee Secretariat Program Coordinator and Officer Manager
