CARE is one of the world's largest development and emergency relief organizations, currently operating in 71 countries. CARE is non-political and non-sectarian. CARE Cambodia is looking for dynamic and qualified Cambodian nationals to fill the following positions for the Literacy, Life Skills & Livelihoods Empowering Adolescents for Development Project (LEAD), to be based in Koh Kong Province. The Project seeks to continue CARE's Endeavour to enable adolescents to participate in Cambodia's development process. Key to realising this goal is the education initiatives aimed at empowering adolescents t facilitate improved social & economic opportunities.
NEED:
- Bachelor degree in Education or Social Science.
- At least 3 years project management experience in the education field, especially for a medium to large organization.
- Experience engaging community stakeholders in project activities.
- Knowledge of administrative, accounting and finance systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills teacher.
- High level written and verbal communication skills in Khmer & English.
JD:
- Oversee and coordinate the planning, administration & implementation of the project.
- Provide technical support to build the capacity of project team members.
- Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of the project.
- Liaise with stakeholders and relevant NGOs for effective coordination and mutual understanding of project.
