Mlup Baitong is a Cambodian NGO working for environment is seeking to hire a Cambodian for the position of Program Development Manager (PDM) based in Phnom Penh.
NEED:
- Bachelor degree in related field (Master degree is a plus)
- At least 28 years old- At least 3 years work experiences with significant projectmanagement
- Experiences in report writing and fundraising
- Good interpersonal skill and teambuilding ability
- Good written and spoken English and Khmer
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & E-mail)
- Willingness to travel frequently to the target projects
- Knowledge of financial management
JD:
- Projects planning
- Writing concept paper, project proposals
- Writing reports to donors
- Communication with donors and network with relevantstakeholders
- Monitoring the program implementation (project progress)
- To provide technical support for project implementation
Salary: $550-$885 (based on qualifications) + benefits.
