World Vision Cambodia (WVC) is a Christian relief and development organization committed to working with poor communities, focused on children, to transform lives and Cambodian society through sustainable development. We are seeking for a qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Learning for Transformation (LfT) Coordinator for Learning through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning (LEAP) Unit based in Phnom Penh.
  • To make learning accessible to WVC stakeholders by coordinating the collecting, producing, disseminating of learning materials or tools and good practices throughout WV Cambodia and beyond.

  • To be an active team member of LEAP, learning together and supporting the overall goal of the LEAP Unit.


  • Support to WV vision, mission and core values
  • Computer skill such as illustration and layout (Adobe Photoshop and Page maker)
  • Has strong communication skills or potential, as indicated by levels of flexibility, creativity, analytical strengths, and relational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a good team player.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Good English communication ability required.
  • The position is based in Phnom Penh with travel to provinces, including overnight stays in villages. Riding a motorbike may be required during field work.


A. Knowledge Communication and Management

  • Gather learning information from LEAP learning day, action learning networks, and other learning forums as well as LEAP trainers’ coaching and field visits.
  • Coordinate and write one pagers, LEAP newsletters and other relevant means of communication.
  • Disseminate learning through poster or website or any other mean to maximize its impact.
  • Document and regularly update the information collected into the LEAP database

B. Play Active Role in Team

  • Help other team members complete team agreed goals.
  • Participate in team efforts to facilitate discussion and learning for the organization on LEAP related topics.
  • Get actively involved in team sharing and reflection on improving practices.

C. Learning and Integrity

  • To actively promote teamwork and integration within LEAP and participate in an environment in which the spiritual nurture professional development and personal growth are priorities.
  • To participate/lead annual personal development planning, quarterly coaching and annual performance appraisals.
  • Integrate biblical values and principles to daily work, and seek appropriate and authentic Christian witness opportunities.
  • Be a model of transformational learning.
