The Khmer HIV/AIDS NGO Alliance (KHANA) is one of Cambodia’s leading non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working on HIV/AIDS. KHANA’s mission focuses on reducing people’s vulnerability to HIV/AIDS, other STIs and the impact of AIDS, by developing effective and sustainable community-level responses, building the capacity of NGOs and community-based organizations, and collaborating with other stakeholders. KHANA receives funds from USAID, European Union, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundationn (via the International HIV/AIDS Alliance), the Global Fund and other donors.
NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources management or other related field.
- At least 2 years human resource services experience, preferably in recruitment activity coordination.
- Strong computer application skills (MS. Word, MS. Excel and Outlook Express).
- Strong communication skills (both Khmer and English).
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility, adaptability, transparency and enthusiasm.
- Commitment to KHANA’s Vision, Mission and Purpose.
JD:
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities and ensure that fair, transparent and equitable standard are consistently applied across the organization.
- Conduct orientation to new staff.
- Coordinate and update staff’s job descriptions in consultation with line managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and renewals.
- Develop and update human resource forms.
- Maintain and update human resource filing systems.
- Receive and process worker’s compensation claims.
- Provide day to day human resource service to line managers.
