RACHA, a local NGO, is a broad-based program that works at the community, health center and hospital levels to increase the supply of, demand for, and access to quality reproductive and child health services in Cambodia.
CARE Cambodia in partnership with RACHA is seeking Cambodian Nationals to fill one full-time vacancy for its Health Sector Support Project to strengthen the management of health system in Sre Ambel Operational District, Koh Kong, Province. The project is funded by ADB/DFID.
NEED:
- Medical Doctor (optional MPH / MPHM)
- At least 2-3 years experience in management of an Operational Health District
- Capacity to plan, monitor & report on project activities, plus basic financial management skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
JD:
Assistant Project Manager, based in Sre Ambel OD, Koh Kong province- Overall management of the HSSP Contract in the highest professional standards and in line with CARE, ADB and MOH Guidelines in the operational district
- Ensure that the health services in all health facilities in Operational District are regularly provided
- Ensure that all reports and plans are accurate and submitted on time
