- Local/Expat.
- At least 3-4 years extensive experience in Hotel Industry involving operational planning , staff supervision and other hotel operation.
- Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills –written and spoken – in English.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure at any given situation.
JD:
- Managing the whole Hotel Operation.
- Lead and Motivate Staff, to ensure organization cohesiveness.
