Role:
The ChildSafe Centre Manager will be responsible for setting up and developing the referral system and managing the referral center. This role will support the local ChildSafe team at the regional office of Friends-International in Phnom Penh. The incumbent will also assist the ChildSafe team with the selection and recruitment of ChildSafe partners.

NEED:
- Cambodian national.
- Understanding and agree with Friends-International vision and values.
- University degree is preferred.
- 3 Years working experience, preferably as a social worker.
- Experience working with children.
- Experience building effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including private sector, NGOs, government, children and communities.
- Excellent spoken and good written English (ability to write reports).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
