NEED:
- Professional experience in project management, preferably in income generating projects.
- University degree, preferably in business management.
- Excellent spoken and written English. Experience managing budgets.
- Experience working with vulnerable communities.
- Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
Have a strong interest/understanding of the situation of street children and child rights. - Dynamic, enthusiastic and with initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent team work skills.
- Prepared to work in a flexible manner.
- Computer skills, both English and Khmer.
- Commitment to community development principles.
- Availability to travel locally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
JD:
- Coordinate the implementation of the project in consultation with the FI Technical Assistant.
- Manage, support and supervise project staff.
- Provide support and follow up to project beneficiaries.
- Provide business support including designing individual and detailed business plans and business/production start up assistance (equipment, material) to project beneficiaries.
- Prepare individual income reports and project reporting.
- Assist project staff in other tasks where necessary.
- Follow-up sales of products locally and internationally.
