Friends International is a leading international NGO working with street children, their families and their community. Friends International is currently seeking qualified Cambodian nationals to fill the following full time position: Team Leader, Home-based production project.

NEED:

• Professional experience in project management, preferably in income generating projects.
  
• University degree, preferably in business management.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Experience managing budgets.
• Experience working with vulnerable communities.
  
• Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
  Have a strong interest/understanding of the situation of street children and child rights.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and with initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team work skills.
• Prepared to work in a flexible manner.
• Computer skills, both English and Khmer.
• Commitment to community development principles.
• Availability to travel locally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JD:

• Coordinate the implementation of the project in consultation with the FI Technical Assistant.
  
• Manage, support and supervise project staff.
  
• Provide support and follow up to project beneficiaries.
  
• Provide business support including designing individual and detailed business plans and business/production start up assistance (equipment, material) to project beneficiaries.
• Prepare individual income reports and project reporting.
• Assist project staff in other tasks where necessary.
• Follow-up sales of products locally and internationally.
