Pact Cambodia is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Research and Advocacy Officer for the Mainstreaming Anti-Corruption for Equity (MAE) Program. The position is based in Phnom Penh with travel to provinces as needed.

This work will involve designing research activities for the MAE program and helping organize advocacy campaigns that connect the findings of our research to the design of MAE advocacy initiatives. The research tasks include: survey design; questionnaire formulation; organizing focus groups, and conducting field research.

NEED:

1. University degree is preferred.
   
2. At least 3 years experience conducting qualitative and quantitative social and/or economic research.
3. Advanced knowledge of relevant data management software (SPSS, Excel, etc.) plus Word, PowerPoint.
4. At least 2 years experience in advocacy campaign related work, including community mobilization and policy formulation.
5. Strong personal skills (willingness to take initiative, good communication skills, good team player).
6. Solid ability to maintain relationships with government donors, civil society, and the media.
7. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities at the same time.
8. Experience in assessment, work plan and report writing demonstrating strong spoken and written Khmer and English skills.
