DAI is implementing the USAID-funded project that assists rural firms to overcome business constraints and improve business relationships, products, services, credit, and the business environment. The project works in Kampong Cham, Kratie, Prey Veng, and Svay Rieng provinces. We are seeking persons who can meet the following qualifications to join our team.

NEED:

1. High energy, strong willingness to learn and apply new ideas, and a keen interest in becoming a member of the most dynamic, leading edge value chain development team in Cambodia.
2. Able to work creatively in a team of professional staff and discuss and solve problems collectively.
3. Experience in business management, marketing, or agricultural development.
4. Experience working with rural farm and non-farm business enterprises in rural areas.
5. Experience facilitating associations or working groups of enterprises to take action.
6. Experience facilitating policy advocacy or business environment issues leading to action.
7. Able to spend weekdays and nights in the provinces; candidates meeting these qualifications who already reside or are willing to reside in the project-assisted provinces will be preferred.
