Indigenous Community Support Organization (ICSO) is a Cambodian NGO implementing projects to support, strengthen, and improve the capacity of indigenous community organizations and groups to participate in the protection of the rights and in the management of natural, cultural and traditional resources.
A number of projects of ICSO are supporting the capacity building and rights of indigenous peoples in Ratanakiri. ICSO requires the services of an experienced:Provincial Financial & Administrative Position with a strong commitment to community development and social justice issues. The position is open for internal and external candidates.
The position is based in Banlung district in Ratanakiri province with occasional travel to district sub offices.. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Health insurance and/or allowance and annual bonus and others benefit will be provided.

NEED:
- Strong skills in finance, human resources and general administration.
- At least 2 year experiences in a similar post, preferably with an NGO.
- Ability to organize, manage and supervise staff, as well as coordinate/communicate with other projects and units within the ICSO Ratprogramme.
