The NGO Forum on Cambodia is a membership organization consisting of local and international NGOs. The NGO Forum exists to advocate the concerns of NGOs regarding Cambodia's development. The NGO Forum is seeking suitable Cambodian candidates for the position of Information and Communications Officer. The position is based in Phnom Penh with required travel to the provinces.

1-JD:

Overall responsibility of the Information and Communications Officer is to generate public awareness of NGO Forum and its projects, to enhanced membership communication and increase media exposure, and to promote better work with the media.

2-NEED:

• University decree related to the media and IT or equivalence;
  
• At least one year media or journalist background;
  
• Skill in computer software for layout and design including Adobe Page Maker, Quark Express or any others;
  
• Demonstrate interest on development related issues;
  
• Good command of speaking and written English; Neat, careful, accurate and diligent approach and creative;
  
• Helpful and ability to work in team;
• And proficient in written and spoken Khmer and English also required.
