VisionFund Cambodia (VFC), a Christian Company that provides financial services to help the poor liberate themselves from poverty, is" seeking One qualified Cambodian national to fill the following position: Fund Management Coordinator
1- JD:
- Analyze VFC cash flow needs and ensure that VFC has adequate fund to support its operations;
- Take lead in developing and writing proposal/ concept papers for donors and SOs;
- Identify potential lenders - take initiative in exploring new loan fund opportunities;
- Coordinate relationship development with key lenders;
- Regularly update fund tracking system;
- Follow up with lenders and/or donors on loan/ fund opportunities;
- Negotiate contract, term and conditions of loan agreement;
- Ensure compliance to the fund requirement of VFI and other SOs;
- Ensure the compliance to the fund requirement of all lenders;
- Monitor the fund sources and its requirement and ensure that all the requirements are discussed and followed;
- Take lead in preparing reports for donors or lenders if any;
- Coordinate the development of MOU, registration or permission request to the government.
2 - Need:
- Strong balance of business/ microfinance
- BS in related field required;
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experiences (banking experiences is preferred);
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, managing resources and with minimal supervision;
- Demonstrated experiences in dealing with multi national working environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
