Thaneakea Phum (Cambodia) Ltd, is a licensed microfinance institution that provides poor women involved in the micro-enterprise sector, credit and savings facilities that address their needs, build their capacity and engender mutual guarantees and group cohesion to improve their standard of living and quality of life. TPC is seeking a Cambodian national for a Branch MIS user position for its Sa Ang sub office in Kandal Province.
NEED:
- At least University level in suitable area, preferably in IT;
- Basic English knowledge.3. Basic accounting is preferable.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year computer experience in a microfinance institution;
- Typing/encoding speed and accuracy of at least 30 words per minute and 80% accuracy;
- Monitoring and evaluation skills;
- Commitment to helping the poor; and
- Honest and hardworking.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
JD:
The Branch MIS user maintains regular contact with the management and staff of the branch office, particularly the Credit Manager, Credit Agents, the Cashier/Bookkeeper, as well as the MIS staff of the Head Office.
The Branch MIS user will be under supervision of the Branch Manager, and shall maintain the branch's management information system (MIS) for efficient and effective implementation of field financial operations and computerization requirements of the office.
