Angkor Mikroheranhvatho Kampuchea (AMK) is a licensed microfinance institution operating in Cambodia with the objective of achieving financial and operational viability while providing easy financial access to the poor and the excluded. At present AMK works with more than 76,000 clients in 15 provinces and has a total staff of over 260. To extend it operations further, AMK is seeking applications to fill the position of Area Managers and Credit Officers in the 15 provinces.
NEED:
- A minimum bachelor degree or equivalent education/professional training
- Good supervision, interpersonal, communication, Team work and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to work closely with rural communities and Commitment to work ina private business with a social mission.
- High motivation and ability to work without supervision
- Literacy computer skill
- Two years work experience within the microfinance sector would be an advantage.
JD:
To facilitate the formation of the area and provide guidance/on-the-job training to Credit Officers, Supervise Credit Officers in implementing policies and procedures in compliance with operating policies, Village bank/Client appraisals, Loan disbursement management and repayment collection, cash handling, and take a lead role in problem solving with Credit Officer.
