- JD:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial report and support document
- Maintain cash balance in regional office safe
- Prepare the statement of daily cash count of the regional office cash book
- Prepare bank reconciliation of all MAG bank accounts in the regional office
- Ensure that proper records are maintained for all receipts and payment
- Assist in processing bank transfers and purchase checks as needed
- Review all requests for payments forOriginally taken from completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policy
- Need:
- Recognized of accounting knowledge or equivalent
- At least three years of experiences as project accountant with international NGOs
- Experiences in book keeping
- Knowledge of operation of financil systems, policies and procedures
- Management of cash flow
