Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 37 countries in the world. GNC is implementing long-term development program focusing on sponsorship, child protection, education, health, WASH, income generation & partnership building and advocacy in 9 Community Development Programs in 5 provinces of Cambodia; and we are expanding more programs to other provinces to meet our rapid growth. GNC is now working with key sustainability partners and relevant department of government and NGOs to promote positive impact to vulnerable people, especially children. We are inviting motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for the following positions:
Admin and Finance Assistant, 1 position based in Ouchrov district, Banteay Meanchey Province
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and other benefits such as 13th month salary, provident fund, health and accident insurance for 24 hours and phone card allowance.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and other benefits such as 13th month salary, provident fund, health and accident insurance for 24 hours and phone card allowance.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain CDP petty cash, records of all receipts and all daily financial transactions according GNC policies procedures
- Undertake weekly cash-counts, monthly cash-count, Admin Finance and surprise cash count required by CDP and Admin Finance Officer;
- Assist Admin & Finance all expenditure projects, evaluate accounting internal control systems identify communicate control risks, potential consequences recommendations.
- Assist Finance for prepare filing account document field project
- Assist Finance in monitoring cash held by CDP make sure that there always enough cash all expected financial transactions.
- To perform other duties assigned by Admin & Finance and CDP Manager
- Liaison NGOs, government agencies, & other public sector, head office, other projects, agencies appropriate.
- Make travel arrangements staff, including booking tickets, accommodation.
- Ensure that insurance policies relating employee, vehicles monitored updated.
- Develop maintain appropriate filing system include essential relevant documentation ensure accurate tracking documentation audit purposes.
- Asset equipment management – ensure that purchases equipment recorded onto assets equipment lists a timely manner. Update assets equipment list.
- Ensure that vehicles properly maintained, which include using logbooks produce monthly fuel consumption all cars, motorbikes
- Regularly and update staff attendance, annual sick leave record all staff.
- Ensure adequate supply, stationeries in the office and monitor consumption.
- Make local purchases for office supplies.
- Receive visitors and convey messages promptly.
- Prepare and keep GNC inventory non-expendable assets updated checked.
- Ensure that office building safely locked outside hours that vehicles secured the compound.
- Assist prepare tax return
- To perform other duties assigned by Admin & Finance and CDP Manager
Requirement
- Candidates from local province are encourage to apply
- Fresh graduated or Year IV student majoring Business Administration, Accounting Finance related degree
- Knowledge of admin, finance, human resource logistic an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English, Computer skill (Ms word, Excel, PPT)
- Good organizational, communication skills
- Demonstrate honest, professional behaviors dealing with others
- Willing to work in community and children
- Willingness and ability to improve knowledge skills.
