Mr.
SI Len has a Master’s Degree of Business Administration in
General Management from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (“PUC”), and a
Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Management Information Systems
from National University of Management. Currently Mr. Si Len is a Chief
Executive Officer of Maxima Mikroheranhvatho Plc (“MAXIMA”). Besides, Mr. Si
Len has worked as a Skills Development Specialist of Polytechnics International
New Zealand Ltd (“PINZ”) of the Asian Development Bank. He specializes in
skills development strategic human resources management. SI Len has
