Crown Resorts Co., Ltd with address: National Road No.: 5, Kbal Spaen Village, Sangkat Poipet, Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province, Kingdom Of Cambodia. Crown Resorts is looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions: Assistant Front Office Manager (1Position) Based in Poipet
Job responsibilities:
- Attend HOD meetings as the head of Department
- To perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service while simultaneously maximizing corporate profit.
- To make certain each supervisor and receptionist are properly trained to deliver efficient, effective service to Park visitors.
- To maintain high standards of each supervisor and receptionist work’s performance through continual monitoring and the issuing of mid-season and final evaluations.
- To enforce adherence of employees to the dress, appearance and conduct codes established by Hotel department.
- To regulate shift coverage for optimum effectiveness by scheduling full staffing at busy times and eliminating overstaffing at slow times.
- To resolve guest relation problems skillfully with willingness and desire to understand a guest’s viewpoint while keeping within Company policies.
- To organize and maintain Front Office records and equipment in accord with Hotel department policies. To control the inventory of Front Office supplies and forms.
- To provide managers on location with a weekly occupancy forecast to enable them to plan staffing and supply needs for the following week.
- To become familiar with and train emergency fire evacuation and safety procedures as needed.
- To handle the lodging of all group tours and program player at location.
- To administer employee incentive programs and motivate staff as necessary.
- To work with the Housekeeping/Front Office matters, the bell Captain on Bell/Front Office issues, the Group Tour Office on all tour-related matters, the Controller on all Accounting/Front Office issues, the Reservation Office on all Reservation/Front Office matters, and all other departments as needed.
- To oversee handling of guest mail in accord with hotel department policy.
- To provide constructive feedback to staff and prepare employee evaluations and documentation.
- To maintain communication channels within the desk staff and related departments.
- Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourist Management
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Front office Assistant Manager.
- Age 30 years and above
- Human Relation skills. Must be a “people-person” who thrives on public contact.
- Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
- Ability to supervise employees.
- Computer literacy.
- Outstanding oral written English and Thai communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lodging Management Systems computer programs.
- Sales skills.
- Accounting skills.
- Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
- Knowledge of park facilities, activities, and features.
- Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
- Ability to attend to more than one task at a time.
- Office organizational skills.
- Technical Knowledge of Front Office operations.
