JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Under a public-private partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports hold the concession for the development and the management of the Kingdom’s three international airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanouk Province.
HR Assistant (02 positions)
General Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include payroll administration, recruitment & selection, training & development, performance monitoring and personnel administration.
Job’s Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good Knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mail & internet), Advanced Microsoft Excel is a plus;
- Experience in HR field is preferred;
- Willing to learn new things and work under pressure;
- Familiarity in Cambodian labor law is a plus;
- Confident and highly motivated personality;
- Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and trustworthy;
- Punctuality, team spirit, and can-do-attitude.
