Good Solar Innovation Co.,Ltd is a social enterprise base in Ou Taki commune, Thmar Koul district, Battambang Province. It operates under Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC), the field country project of Good Neighbors International (GNI). Good Solar Innovation is a market based enterprise selling solar products for energy accessibility of rural area in Cambodia. To meet our rapid growth, Good Solar is now s seeking more candidate to join our dynamic team for positions as below with competitive salary and other benefits:

Marketing Team Leader (1 position based in Otaki commune, Thmar Koul district, Battambong province)

Job description:

• Manage marketing team members
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Act as the information center for all Solar lamp and Solar Home System users
• Promote understanding about Solar energy to the target community people
• Represent Good Solar Innovation to attend in meeting, workshop and training as request
• Plan marketing related print ads and publications.
• Increase selling
• Setting selling goals and manage accomplishment of selling goal
• Monthly marketing report including sales, money collection and customer satisfaction
• Work with technician closely
• Dealer, dealer shop energy committee management
• Other required works from the company

Requirement

• University Degree in Management, Sale and Marketing or Similar Degree
• At least 2 to 3 years experiences in the relevant position
• Experience of community development or NGO related field is preferable
• Creative personality and effective management and supervising skills.
• Well aware of Cambodia distribution structure.
• Able to train and motivate team members
• Aware of business and marketing trend and can apply to work
• Have experience with managing and designing income generation project.
• Good at English, writing, listening, speaking and understanding
• Knowledge of MS word, excel, PPT and publisher
• Good communication, team work, organizational and personality
