Office Management and Administration Skills course is designed to provide office administrators, supervisors of clerical and administrative staff, executive secretaries and personal assistants the opportunity to review and develop the interpersonal and professional skills they need to do their jobs effectively – thereby contributing to their own, their boss’ and their organization's success.

TRAINER PROFILE
Mr. Phat Thomas has an MBA in the field of management from BBU. He currently works for one of the leading MFIs (HKL) as Vice President and Administration Director. Prior to that, He had a combination of 13-year experience with another microfinance institution, Pharmaceutical distributor as HR and administration Director, and NGOs in the field of human resources and administration management. He has also attended many local and international practical training programs on staff management, effective performance management, leadership, communication, administration management, human resource management, and development of SMEs in the Mekong region, in Japan and exposer training on practical HR management in Philippine.

This training course is specially designed for Office Managers, Team leaders, Administrators, Supervisors, Secretaries, Support Staff and Personal Assistants.
