EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION
29-30 April 2014

Business managers think that they free themselves of their obligations to their employees by the salaries, bonuses, welfare benefits they provide to them. If employees do not love their work, the owners are not to blame. Managers think that motivating employees is the business owners’ duty, not theirs because they themselves are employees and they need to be motivated.
