And now Parkson will be launching its first department store in Cambodia at the late of 2016 and is seeking the following talented candidates for serving our expansion plan. Job title: House Keeping Supervisor

Be responsible for (1) customer service, (2) house keeping, (3) rules and regulations, and (4) staff’s productivity and efficiency.

1. Customer Services
  • Provide good customer services to customers.
  • Get information and introduce to customers about store when necessary.
  • Handle complains from customers regarding to house keeping services.
Requirements: Satisfy all customers’ needs, no complains from customers.

2. House keeping activities
  • Assign subordinates on duties.
  • Plan, monitor and regularly check cleanliness conditions of store to ensure store is clean, neat and free of dust.
  • Check and ensure all house keeping materials, chemical liquids, toilet suppliers are adequate and efficient.
Expectation: Selling floor and other related area is free of dust, well arranged, tidy, neat and in proper area, adequate toilet suppliers.

3. Rules and Regulations
Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Requirements: Working procedures and the rules and regulations are strictly followed

4. Management
  • Implement and monitor store policies, security practices, standards, guidelines, procedures.
  • Plan and prepare duty rooster and keep record of employee’s work schedules.
  • Manage and control department’s expenses at minimum level.
  • Train, motivate and supervise subordinates engaged in house keeping.
  • Appraise staff’s performance and handle staff’s grievances and complains from internal and external customers.
Requirements: Efficient manpower on duty, staffs are efficient competent in customer service.  Appraisal result is evaluated accurately, fair with staff’s performance. Staff’s grievances, customer complains are solved within the competence. Staff turnover at minimum level.

5. Other duties
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by House keeping Executive


  1. 22 years old or older
  2. Graduated High school.
  3. Be able to work at shift
  4. At least 1 year experience at management level.
  5. Good health.
  6. Communication
  7. Honesty, carefulness, thoroughness.
  8. Management skill: Ability to manage front end operations effectively.
  9. Communication skill: Ability to communicate clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others, understand materials, and provide instructions efficiently.
  10. Problem solving skill: Ability to definite, analyze different type of problems and know how to handle promptly, effectively.
  11. Ability to operate all necessary equipments to perform the job.
  12. Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible and honest behavior in all Parkson roles, tasks, and responsibilities
