Trust Global Service is an authorized GRG-banking Distributor, Cisco Premier Partner, IBM tier2 partner, HP tier 2 partner, Dell partner, … in Cambodia. Trust Global Service has been working with customers from different industry sectors including Banking/MFI, Telco, Hospitality, Garment, MNC, NGOs, Government, and construction.  Trust Global Service is seeking qualified applicants for Account Manager.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customer while developing and maintaining key clients.
  • Finding new customers by direct meeting, site-visiting, telemarketing and E-marketing.
  • Follow up the customers and maintaining product’s information with customers.
  • Coordinate with related team.
  • Participates in industry events and conferences.
  • Deliveries a high class service to customers.
  • Builds up and maintaining a good relationship with customers and key customers.
  • Up-to-date of competitors information in the assigned industry.
  • Acts as the company administrator for the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Develops a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
  • Directs or coordinates with marketing team in developing product.
  • Workings with Pre-Sales and Sales Manager to provide ideas about new inbound/outbound market sales.
  • Provides detailed updates on job activities to the Sales Manager.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management.
Skill, Ability and Experiences:
  1. Bachelor Degree equivalents or upper degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
  2. Experience at least two (2)years in Sales or equivalents field.
  3. Good in English language, and Chinese language is preferable.
  4. Maintaining a professional attitude towards customers.
  5. Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personals sales to functions independently and as a part of team.
  6. Proactive and self-controlled work ethic; team-work.
  7. Able to prepare and deliver efficient customized sales proposals and presentations to professional at senior and mid-management levels.
  8. Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
  9. Exceptional skills of customer service.
  10. Superior written and verbal communicational skills.
