This is for everyone attention on the concept of KIAZEN and 5S, they are crucial for all kind of business whose are willing to take step to build up a foundation & keep continual improvement of their business process & system. In today context of Business we must put our efforts on the Quality Approaches, and the 1st thing to do is the need to focus on Quality of Work Environment that we can achieve through KAIZEN & 5S. And 5S is a management tool from Japan that focuses on establishing a quality environment in the organization ensuring adherence to standards and in the process, fosters the spirit of continual improvement. It focuses on five management techniques that are the foundation for any organization’s competitive initiative. All concept, tools & techniques of KAIZEN & 5S with practical example will put in the program of 2 days training course. The main objective of this course is to help participants absorb & learn those practical knowledge & skill of KAIZEN & 5S for further implementation in their respective organization.

Trainer
Mr.LIM SOK NATY_Specialist on: Human Resource Management, General Administration and Quality Management System.Mr. Sok Naty’s background, he graduated EMBA-HRM (Executive Master of Business Administration on HRM) at Asian Institute of Technology, School of Management (AIT-SOM), Bangkok Thailand in 2005; Master of Science – On Economical Engineering in 1996, & Senior Economical Engineering in 1997 from MIIT, Moscow, Russia. He continued his profession development in attending seminar, workshop, and training both local and overseas as the Business Consultant and Business advisor for other companies and training organizations in Cambodia. He has long time experience on training in HRM and other courses & also teaching at Local University since 2005. Below information is a summary of his work experience: Today, he is the founder & Managing Director of SNS Cambodia, HR & Business Consulting Firm. In the PHARMA Industry, I involved in improvement of HRMS & Practices to support the business process, and to comply with the Labour Law, OSH & GMP, Legal and statutory requirements, General Administration, delivery of the Quality of Work Environment Program through KAIZEN & 5S, and PDCA the foundation for continual improvement. In the Transport & Logistics Industry – worked with expat team, started from 3 people to start up & establishment of the Toll Royal Railway, and it was growth up to few hundred people. His jobs involved in the development & implementation of HRMS, SHREQ-MS (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007), to meet standardize requirements of the Railway Good Industry Practices, Labour Compliance, Corporate and the Cambodian Government’s statutory laws & regulations. In the ADB Project – worked with expats & consultants team in the ADB Projects “Restructuring & Rehabilitation of the Railway in Cambodia”at Ministry of Public Works and Transport, involved in the development of Strategic HRM & Polices, and participated in all phases of the projects. He also involved in the development of the Railway Safety Management System (SMS) as an essential part of standard’s requirements for the Railway Good Industry Practices.
