Trainer IM Sopheak has worked in the field of community development since 2000. Through the use of his specific skills he has engaged with many different projects/programs. These have been related to community organizing, facilitation skills, non-formal education, income generation, baseline survey, participatory approach, CBOs engagement, Genders mainstreaming, Advocacy, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA), Project Cycle Management, Program Development and fundraising.  Within the space of 12 years he served as Youth Volunteer, Community Facilitator, Community Development Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Program Manager and Program Coordinator.  Since 2004 Mr. Sopheak has had extensive experience as a key member of the Senior Management Team. Presently, Mr. Sopheak he is working as program coordinator and consultant for rural works.
