Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 37 countries in the world. Good Neighbors Cambodia is implementing long term integrated projects focusing on sponsorship, education, health, water & sanitation, income generation & partnership building in some provinces of Cambodia; and we are expanding more projects to other provinces to meet our rapid growth. We are seeking more qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for the following position:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- To take a lead in research of new Community Development Project (CDP) using Participatory Appraisal Process (PAP) and others tools.
- To prepare and facilitate technically re/design Project Proposal Form (PPF) as a result from PAP research.
- To facilitate technically on logical-framework development, Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) and other plans for CDPs.
- To consolidate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual/annual reports and annual review from CDPs.
- To conduct the periodic comprehensive site visits to ensure quality across the projects, as well as ensuring M&E systems and high quality program data are in place, development and using appropriate quality assurance tools.
- To develop M&E standard, tools, guideline and database for Good Neighbors Cambodia.
- To take a lead in collection and analysis of data from different levels under the monitoring framework, using strategic M&E approaches including: sampling, surveying, impact evaluation, rapid appraisal methodology, etc.
- Prepare M&E reports for internal project documentation; identifying progress and areas for improvement.
- To provide capacity building and assistance on M&E to the operational partners and facilitate the learning on the use of data for program improvement;
- Work closely with partner on reporting requirements and necessary documentation;
- To participate in regular lessons learnt; feedback sessions with technical staff, CDP staff and others NGOs partners.
- Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- A degree in social science, development studies or related disciplines.
- At least 3-year experience in design, monitoring and evaluation with a local and international NGO Demonstrated ability in program monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience with VBA, SPSS, Epi-info or other analysis software and report writing.
- Ability to work well with others in a team spirit.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the country: willingness to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
- Good English and computer literacy.
- Willing to learn
