Key Responsibilities:
- Manages and monitors administrative budget and expense
- Manages and monitors company health and safety
- Manages and Facilitates on office and equipment maintenance
- Manages company vehicles and drivers
- Manages and monitors company security and cleaning services
- Manages company logistics and delivery
- Manages and allocates company office space
- Controls and monitors stationary and office supplies
- Coordinates public relation activities
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
- MBA degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in administration management
- Solid knowhow of general office procedures
- Excellent in organizational management skill
- English proficiency
- Computer literate( Ms. Office)
- Be dynamic, passionate, flexible and creative
