Master Your Sales and Negotiation skills provides an exclusive opportunity to learn the tools to negotiate and thus take yourself and your business to extraordinary levels. You will gain a rare insight into the strategies that GOALS Academy founder and head trainer/coach Winston Scholsberg has used to help empower thousands of people. To help you gain more confidence with your leadership capabilities and begin implementation in your life, this program is designed to be hands-on.

This training has a strong focus on practical experience. On completing brief theoretical introductions, you will mainly be practicing sales and negotiation situations, starting from your own experiences. While doing so, you will tackle the topics of conflict management, principles and phases of sales and negotiation, influencing styles, creativity in problem solving and working under pressure.

    Winston Scholsbeg, The Founder and Owner of Goals Academy (the Netherlands)
    He is an enthusiastic communication coach, inspirator, musician and master storyteller. Winston develops his own training concept (WES-method) and has given many workshop and training to government agencies, business managers and CEOs.
