Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.
PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill various positions of Full-Time, Half-Time, Part-Time Jobs based in Phnom Penh.
Moreover, PSE also offers to University Students, Fresh Graduates, and other Job Seekers, who are eager to gain more experience and skill and contribute to Cambodian society, the opportunities for working as Full-Time and Half-Time Volunteer.

Position: Librarian
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Library management: rules, record books, and library facilities.
- Student management and discipline: student uniform, ID, discriminating, insulting, and absence.
- Event creation: reading club and contest, quiz, and presentation.
- Operational tasks: cooperate with bookshops and other NGOs for book donation and update.
- Update information to relevant people about new books.
- Convert library to Lab for students’ research.
- Create a library using database system.
- Initiate the library activities needed to be improved.
- Properly record books IN and OUT by stamping.
- Plan budget for purchasing new updated books.
- Bachelor degree in education. Pedagogy Certificate is a plus.
- One year experience related to the position.
- Previous experience in team work is needed.
- Good experience in travelling and communication.
- Good reading and writing skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Staff: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
