Mr. SAN Phearin, MBA, Royal University of Law and Economics (RULES), Bachelor of Economics (RULE), Bachelor of Accounting (NUM), he attended many professional courses such as Practical Accounting Managemt, Financial Management, Financial Auditing Skill, Cambodia Practical Taxation, Human Resource Development, Training of Trainer-ToT, Business Set Up, Closing Entries and Cash Monitoring. Report Writing Skill, Effective. Effective Leadership. General Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill. He has more than 15-year experiences, a Director of Finance for ECLEDA Bank Plc. for more than 8 years,  General Manager of NCD, ECO of NCD for many years and a Lecture in files of Finance, Accounting and Banking of Many Universitie in Phnom Penh for many years. Presently, he is a Founder & Chairman of NCD, A General Director of Dotdistribution Co. Ltd.
