IDP Education (Cambodia) operates multiple business streams including: English language teaching through its school, the Australian Centre for Education (ACE), operated on three campuses in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap, with 13,000+ students; the national management of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); provision of study abroad counselling services; scholarship program management; and conference, event and exhibition management. IDP is seeking a qualified applicant for Three positions of Client Service Officers based in Phnom Penh.Key Requirements:
- A university degree is preferred
- High command of English (a minimum of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience in administrative is preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and team work
- Good organizational skills
- Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development
- Good time management skills
